The SALIU RYO series Ichirin vase from Tokoname City, Aichi Prefecture, is a handcrafted Japanese ceramic vase made with high-quality Kyushu materials. The Ryo series was created by designer Saliu and meticulously crafted by traditional artisan Mr. Hirotaka Umehara. The vase's red clay is rich in iron, and its unique black color is achieved through high-temperature firing and carbonization, showcasing the charm of Tokoname ware.
