SALIU Cherry Wood Coasters
Cherry wood has long been used to create high-quality wood products. Sudi Town, Nakatsugawa City, Gifu Prefecture is famous for the Sengu Ceremony of Ise Jingu Shrine. The mountain cherry trees here grow in resource-rich mountain villages and are produced by the Arai Sawmill. This hardwood does not produce resin and has a beautiful bark. It is hard and scratch-resistant, and the longer it is used, the more colorful it becomes like candy, making it an ideal material for making everyday tools.
