RETURN & EXCHANGE

Before delivery, we will check that the goods are intact and properly packed, especially fragile items that will be wrapped in protective materials. If there is damage* or any mistake when the goods arrive, please contact us by email or WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving the goods, and keep the goods and all original packaging. After understanding the situation, we will provide an exchange or refund. All returned and exchanged goods must be unused and maintained in their original condition; if the product is accompanied by a gift box of the brand, it also needs to be returned intact; otherwise, no replacement service will be provided.
